RD Shopfitting Ltd are service providers in Shopfitting, Retail, Interior & Exterior fit outs, Commercial fit outs, Joinery and Manufacturing, in order to maintain our high standards, we ask sub-contractors to complete our PQQ.
In order to meet our statutory obligations and to help achieve the Perfect Delivery of our projects, RD Shopfitting Ltd pre-qualify the safety and quality arrangements of all our suppliers. You are therefore invited to provide us with the information requested on the attached document as part of this pre-qualification process, which has been developed to respond to the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the CDM Regulations 2015.
Only once this information has been reviewed and accepted as suitable and you be qualified to work with or on behalf of RD Shopfitting Ltd.
If you have an SSIP Registered Member accreditation such as CHAS or SafeContractor you can provide this certification.
Upon receipt of your information, we may contact you again to request additional information if further clarification or evidence is needed for specific areas.
All pre-qualification questionnaires should completed online.
Once you have successfully completed the process you will be included on the RD Shopfitting Ltd approved supplier database. We may request updated copies of documents from time to time and will require you to provide a copy of your insurance certificates and your SSIP Certificate or Health & Safety policy on an annual basis.
