To fabricate components for Manufacturing, we can supply panels cut to our client’s requirements, to produce exact sized components pre-cut and drilled for easy assembly.
We stock a variety of panels However we also have suppliers with fast shipping on their own stock to find you the perfect match.
Ability
Our CNC has the capability to do one off bespoke pieces In addition to running a production line repeatedly being fed with materials and repeating work.
With our workshop we also have the capability of assembly for any manufactured components including finishing in paint and polishing or stains, with a variety of colours and finishes to suit the clients needs.
We can then package pieces and ship to our customers. Across the UK
In Addition were able deliver and install all work manufactured by ourselves at our client’s sites to keep the process with one contractor to allow an easy cost-effective process.
Tooling
With varying cutters to suit any job we have large ball cutters, cutters for Perspex, acrylic, and Diamond tipped cutters.
With varying sizes all the way down to allow us to engrave writing into materials, In addition we have suppliers with an extensive range of cutters to suit any job we don’t stock a cutter for.
IPS Panel systems
Utilising our CNC, we can manufacture bespoke IPS systems in varying panels to suit the environment our client requires an accessible area.
Using solid grade panels, Melamine faced panels, Veneered panels, and many more.
Doors and Frames
Using our CNC router, we can supply pre-manufactured door sets, the router will cut in the hinges, locks and Vison panel to suit any door size, standard or bespoke to meet any requirement.
We can supply doors complete with ironmongery fitted as required by the customer. Allowing for an easy installation.
In addition we are able to manufacture door sets as internal and external door sets. And Security doors.
